Exclusive European Historic residence w/pool, fitness studio, garden, private courtyard.
The family of US President Theodore Roosevelt commissioned the house in 1912.
ACCOMMODATION for 10/12 Guests MAX:
We don't accept bookings over 12 guests
NO parties at any time.
Music and noise needs to turned off completely Outdoor from 9pm till 7am!
7 Bedrooms, (6 bedrooms in the main residence and 1 in a self contained carriage house).
Main Residence: sleeps 10 people
1 room with King bed-
2 room with Queen size beds
1 room with 2 twin XL single beds/
2 single room
Carriage House: 2/3 people (Cottage House is only available for groups with 10+ guests at no additional cost. If a small group requests it, there will be an extra charge)
Carriage apartment is a self contained apartment with 1 bedroom with 1 Queen Size bed, and 1 New Size Sofa that opens to a small queen/or full size bed to accommodate 1 or 2 guests (perfect for 2 children).
4.5 bathroom, chef's Kitchen
Separate Self Contained Guest Apartment with Kitchenette and Fitness Studio.

For families stayed at this wonderful estate in Flourtown. Our only small complaint was the state of the carriage house but it was always a potential overflow for us and we did not use that part of the property. Everything else was beautiful.

This property is absolutely spectacular. The home has many different areas so people can find their private space but also provides many large areas to congregate. The kitchen is large and fun for group cooking with every item you could possibly need. The pool area is amazing. The entire property was very clean and well maintained. The yard was well kept with beautiful plants and large grassy area. The property is close to grocery and restaurants and a beautiful park with paved walking paths. The host was extremely accessible with immediate responses. Highly recommend!!

Our family had a fabulous stay. The kids were enthralled with the mansion. When they weren’t in the beautiful pool, they were going up one staircase and down another exploring the house. This was our second stay here and I expect we will be back again.

My husband and I rented this lovely property to serve as a home base for our wedding weekend. Its size allowed us to enjoy the company of family and friends throughout the festivities and it’s proximity to our venue, The Highlands, was incredibly convenient.
Stephen’s communication was timely and clear. We greatly appreciate all of the effort made to ensure we and our loved ones could really relax and enjoy our time together.
