This prime location is just a short drive/walk from the Gran Via south gate, and offers quick and easy access in and out of the Monterey Country Club grounds. You can enjoy dinner at Tommy Bahamas or shopping along world famous El Paseo Drive in 5 minutes!
Our 1300 sq. ft.. renovated 2-bedroom condo is situated on a lush green belt just off the golf course. Spacious living areas include: vaulted ceilings, new furnishings, beautiful tile floors throughout, a generous dining area, fully equipped kitchen. In addition, there are 2 recently renovated bathrooms, double garage, laundry, poolside patio, and private courtyard equipped with seating and a Weber Gas BBQ! If I could give this property a 10 I would! The interior has had a beautiful update, kitchen is well appointed and there is a pool steps away from the back patio. The location in Palm Springs can’t be beat. Owners are very accommodating and super to work with.

We had a fantastic stay. David is an excellent host prompt response to emails prior to arrival and checking in during our stay to make sure all was well
The condo has everything that we required for a very comfortable stay, definitely a home from home.
David provided clear instructions on devices within the property.
