About this apartment rental
The apartment is newly refurbeshed and consist of two bedrooms both with private bathroom, one with a balcony. There is a shared livingroom with a kitchen furnished with any tool you need to make your favorite meal, where guest can enjoy their stay in every moment they are pleased. The area is well server by public transports and easily connected to any area of Rome. It's also really close to the nightlife area despite being located in a very quiet alley. Perfect place for your roman holydays!
The apartment is at the sixth floor of a building with elevator.

Every individual bulb on our premises is low energy-consumption, making ours one of the most ecologically friendly house.
We avoid plastic and metal packaging wherever possible and so reduce our non-biodegradable waste.
The space is best for couple who wants a romantic gateway at a grate price.
The apartment is a no smoking area but the room has a comfy balcony where you can enjoy a cig while looking at the stunning urban landscape.

Chiara was wonderful! Very attentive and responsive to messages and questions. Check-in and out were a breeze and the flexibility offered was a huge plus! We were provided a list of restaurants near the apartment as well as things to do in the neighborhood which was very helpful! Getting taxis and Ubers from the apartment was very easy. The space was super clean and so spacious! The 2 bed 2 bath gave us our privacy, but the living room area was great to hang out in! I would absolutely book this space again! The place is located in the 6th floor of an apartment building and is bright, modern, well kept and easy to reach by public transport. Just around the corner is Via del Pigneto with lots of bars and restaurants, none of them expensive, but all with a nice flair. The communication with the hosts was friendly and uncomplicated.
The street noise of the large Via Prenestina is clearly audible, but muffled when the windows are closed.

We really liked the apartment which is stylish, newly renovated and very well appointed. It was great to have two bedrooms and two full bathrooms!
Pigneto is not in the center so travel by public transport is required. Connection with tram, bus and metro is available. Restaurants and bars directly in the neighborhood which we enjoyed.
Downside is the noise level with some very big roads, tram depot, train tracks. The apartment has electric shutters and good windows but you can still hear the traffic. So not for people who like it very quiet.

We felt like locals by staying in Pigneto.
The apartment was clean, modern and equipped with many things, from books to luggage weigher.
Chiara is a super host, we loved her place.
