Our 3 generation family (14 total) has been doing weekly rentals annually for the past 14 years, and this place is absolutely the best-ever. The size and floor plan are perfect. The decor is stunning, the furnishings first class. Two kitchens made group meals easy. Dining table(s) to seat everyone at once (including a large breakfast nook that the youngest loved). Incredible views from every large window. Effective a/c on the hottest days. Multiple balconies large and small for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Oh, and seating! I lost count at over places for over 80 people - couches, chairs, settees, dining, outside relaxation, quiet bedroom comfy seating . . . . amazing. And equally incredible is the pool. Large and perfect for our group. Denise is the perfect host - our family can't wait to return.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 5-bedroom, 4-bath home in Fredericksburg, Indiana. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun family vacation. The pool and hot tub were a hit with everyone—perfect for lounging during the day and unwinding in the evenings. The outdoor seating area under the canopy was perfect for morning coffee or evening chats.The home is very family-friendly, with plenty of space for both kids and adults to enjoy. We especially appreciated the privacy of the location—it felt like a true escape, yet it was just a short drive from Louisville, KY, which made day trips and outings super convenient.Whether you're planning a family vacation or a group getaway, this place is an absolute gem.

This home was absolutely wonderful in many ways.The house itself is beautifully designed & more space than we could use. The main floor kitchen, it has 2 kitchens, has the latest appliances & a huge island for gathering & cooking. Well stocked with good dishes, glassware & utensils & cleaning supplies. The bedding was great, so fresh & comfortable. All of the bathrooms were spotless & well supplied with neatly stacked towels. The pool, hot tub & patio were perfect & just what we were hoping for. (Also stocked with pool towels) The grounds all around provided a gorgeous park like setting. If all of that weren't enough we had a personal Chef's dinner done by Bart & Ashley, prepared from their farm fresh foods. They brought it all in, explained all the dishes, cooked it, served it, left the kitchen spotless & it was all just amazing! They were great & we highly recommend this to elevate the whole experience! The hosts were top notch & super responsive to any questions. We had a wonderful time & didn't want to pack up. We definitely plan to visit again!

This large home is nestled in a wooded area about 30 minutes from Louisville. We enjoyed the beautiful landscape and the large swimming pool. There are multiple tables in the house that are perfect for playing games or having dinner together. The home is designed with entertaining in mind. There is a kitchen and living area on both the Main level and the basement level. Parking is close to the house and very convenient. I would highly recommend this home.

This is a gem of a house. 14 multi generational family members enjoyed a week long vaca. Everything was as promised and was impressed with quick responses to a few minor issues. The pool/ hot tub was used by all. Clean, solidly built house allowed for elders to go to bed early while teens were still playing games. Will definitely be going back!!

Beautiful, clean home with lots of room to spread out. Our family loved the pool and hot tub to relax. We had five high schoolers with us and they loved having the basement to themselves. I only wish there was a store closer for last minute items we forgot but I will take that for the beautiful setting, peace and quiet this home offers.

We have a friend group that gets together every year and this was our first year at this property. It was the perfect place to accommodate 10 of us with plenty of space to enjoy outside and feel remote while still having gathering space inside with comfy beds for everyone. The house is a great layout and accommodates multiple adult couples. This was unique in that a lot of homes have four or five bedrooms but most have just one or two king/queen beds and the other beds are twin beds or bunk beds. So when I saw that they had five queen or large beds in the five bedrooms, that was great. Host was very responsive and helpful. It’s a little far out from Louisville but when u need beds for adult couples it is a great place.

What a comfortable, lovely home and property. We all felt right at home from the minute we walked in. There were 9 of us. The home was perfectly suited for what we needed. My daughters family stayed in the lower level and had a refrigerator that they used in the full kitchen downstairs for drinks and snacks and it was a great space for quiet time for an almost 2 year old baby. The kitchen upstairs was perfect for our group. Plenty of seating for relaxing and dining. We even hosted a group of family members that live close by for lunch after a family event and the space inside and outside worked out great. My two 5 year old grandkids loved the pool and exploring and playing in the yard with bubbles and a ball and making paper airplanes and seeing whose airplane flew the furthest from the upstairs balcony. So much for them to do outside that I don’t think we ever turned on a tv. The owner responded very quickly about check in information, a power outage from a storm, and a question about the bbq. My family wants to come back every year. We loved it and would recommend it.

We enjoyed our week-long stay! The house was clean and had some nice touches for our family group such as the pack n' play for babies and the small table and chairs for the little kids. There was ample space to spread out and have a variety of board games being played throughout the house, but there was also a good amount of seating for us all to gather in one place and watch a movie. The kids loved the pool! The hosts responded well as we had needs arise from a storm that came through the first night, etc. We would definitely consider staying again if everyone can handle the 6 hour car ride again! A couple of suggestions: provide information about internet access right away so guests don't have to ask for it. Also a list of things to do in the area might be helpful to some. One quirky thing for us was the locks on the exterior doors. We figured them out but joked that they should have come with instructions. (One blew open during the storm because it hadn't been locked completely.) If you're not from the area, be prepared for a winding, hilly road coming in...it's Indiana farm country. Our kids enjoyed the cows across the road!

Our family (8 adults, 2 teenagers, & a 1 yr old) loved this place!! We all had a blast! Spent many days & nights in the pool, grilled out dinner, hung out in the hot tub and smores at the firepit. The property is so beautiful - inside and out. We enjoyed morning coffee on the various balconies. The beds are very comfortable. Internet works great. And the stars..... so many!! Lots of family fun activities and date night options within 45 minutes or less. Ventured to Louisville Slugger Museum & 4th Street live in Louisville, Hubers Family Fun Park, coffee shops & restaurants. Denise is a great host & we are so thankful for our time there.

This is the second time we stayed at this rental. So much room to spread out and the pool is a bonus. Our kids and grandkids enjoyed being together yet liked that you could get away from everyone if you wanted. The kitchen is well stocked and all the furniture is comfy. We all had a grand time. Denise and Tom have a beautiful home with an unbelievable amount of space. We had 7 adults and 4 boys under the age of 7 and we were never crowded. Everything is as pictured- spotless, comfy and everything you need. The beds were great and the kitchens had all the stuff you need to cook your own meals. The pool, hot tub and outdoor space was great. The kids loved the pool and there’s lots of seating. We didn’t use the fire pit- it was too hot during our stay. It was easy to communicate with Denise. I highly recommend the private chef service. They delivered dinner to us the first night at a reasonable price. It was delicious! The location is quiet and secluded, we didn’t have to worry about our rowdy kids bothering anyone else. It is a bit of a drive to go anywhere but not too bad. We all loved our stay. Thank you Tom and Denise!

We had 7 adults and 7 kids, ages 3-13, stay for a week. With the pool, hot tub, and sprawling property, we barely had to leave. Both kitchens and all rooms well furnished and stocked so we could cook feasts at home during our stay. Everything was clean and well-taken care of but also nice for families. It was a great time.
