Dream vacation! Luxury two story custom built lakefront home on the clear waters of Lake Santeetlah !
A beautiful lakefront mountain home nestled in a cozy cove on Lake Santeetlah. Wake up to gorgeous views of the Great Smoky Mountains. Located 70 miles from Knoxville, Tennessee in the town of Robbinsville, North Carolina. Home is just off of HWY 129 past the bottom of the Dragon on East Buffalo Circle.
Lake Santeetlah is a 3,000 acre lake with 80 miles of shoreline of which 90% is located in The Nantahala National Forest . Spend the day boating, water skiing , hiking, kayaking, wake boarding, paddle boarding, swimming or resting. You will not be disappointed in this home .
The custom built home has two kitchens with granite counter tops and plenty of seating. One kitchen is located upstairs and one downstairs both with open floor plans. This home was built to entertain! The wood work in the den accentuates the vaulted ceiling and the wall of windows boasts mountain and lake views. The master is on the main and easily accessible. The master bedroom has views of the mountains and the lake. The pictures simply do not do it justice ! The decor is up to date and ready to welcome your family and friends.
There are two king bedrooms and one bedroom with two queen beds. Also available in the home are two loveseats that have pull out twin size beds. There are large comfortable couches and chairs. This location does have Wi-Fi.
The outside has a large backyard area with a fire pit and dock. Boat Rentals are available at Santeetlah Marina. Their are lawn chairs in the back yard and a large deck on the second story,
Just miles to Fontanna Dam, Fontanna Village Resort , Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest and Cherokee ! Located near trout streams where you can fly fish your day away .

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful Santeetlah lake. The house is always clean and and there is everything we need for a great vacay. The fire pit is an added bonus. This is our fourth year and we will be back!

This house was fabulous! We have stayed on another lake in times prior but it doesn’t compare. Access to house is great! Access to lake is easy! The house is extremely comfortable and spacious! We loved all the outdoor amenities!!! Rented a boat for the week. House is on a very calm, quiet part of lake. Check in was easy! Communication was fabulous! Will definitely return!!!!!

The house is beautiful, and well cared for. Great location and views. You can get out and easily go sightseeing, go into town for essentials, or be very comfortable just staying in and relaxing. Hopefully next time we can utilize the fire pit (it rained this time before we had a chance).
