About this farm stay rental
A two story house on 40 acres near golfing, hunting, hiking and casino. Enjoy summers hiking, fishing, boating, farmers markets and site seeing. Fall is a great time for autumn colors, hunting birds and deer. Winters are made for snowmobiling, cross country skiing and ice fishing. Spring to see the flowers bloom!
Home has one bedroom downstairs and three upstairs with new beds. There is an attached two car garage for parking. Large lawn for outdoor leisure and 30 acres to roam around.

Parking is great. Attached garage for our use. All supplies you need were provided. Owner is a great communicator and responds quickly to questions.

The location is very nice.
The comforter and pillow shams smelled like they had never been washed. Under the bed was very dusty- it’s a dark hardwood floor so I’m sure it shows any dust, but when I was doing yoga I could see that this area had been neglected.
10am checkout was too early and my requests for a later checkout were ignored for a few weeks then denied. There are nicer places to stay in Newport.
