About this house rental
Located on the most charming and oldest street on Kiawah Island, 52 Eugenia Avenue is a lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home situated on a serene, tree-lined lot. This home sleeps up to 8 comfortably.
The long driveway boasts moss draped live oak trees and lush landscaping with ample parking spaces.
Perfect vintage, southern style beach house - newly renovated, open living spaces, comfortable furnishings, ceiling fans, fireplace, and relaxing atmosphere. Wonderful home for family gatherings, golfers, or anyone for that matter!
As you enter the foyer, the kitchen is to your right and equipped with: standard appliances, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils, and all your baking needs. There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer located next to the kitchen.
The dining room is located off the kitchen and includes dining table and two bar stools. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and overlooks the backyard.
The living room features vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, comfortable seating for everyone, and television.
The first bedroom features a king size bed, closet, and private master bathroom.
The second bedroom features a king size bed, closet, and private bathroom.
The third bedroom features two queen size beds, closet, and shared hallway bathroom.
The large back deck includes dining area, gas grill, and a private backyard views.
Additional features include convenient beach path just steps from the home, WIFI, and Resort Privileges. The island offers golf, tennis, bike rentals, beach chair rentals, children’s camps and much more!
Resort access provides 24/7 concierge service, shuttle service, access to pools, water parks, golf, tennis, and much more!
Freshfields Village is just a short 2-mile drive or bike ride away where you can pick up groceries at the Village Market, dine at several family friendly and fine dining restaurants, or spend the day shopping the boutiques.

Home was spacious and the location was perfect. The boardwalk was directly in front of the house. Wonderful service from the resort staff as well.

Stay was outstanding. Back deck was trashed with spider webs and tree debris. Grill was falling to pieces but we got around that as the location to the beach was right across the street! Only bad thing about the biardwalk to the beach was that it had stairs at the beach end instead of a ramp. We had three beach wagons of stuff to take each day so they had to be unloaded at the top of the atairs and reloaded on the beach or we had to walk down the street aways to the boardwalk with a ramp. Also, the stairs were hard for the disabled in the family to use.

We had a fantastic stay in Kiawah. The Bungalow is directly across from the beach and an easy bike ride to everything we wanted to do with our three boys 11 and under. The house is clean and tidy with everything you need for a getaway. The resort privileges are an extra bonus that take the experience up a notch. My boys loved the waterslides at the pool and all the kids events they did on island. We hope to be back soon!

The location is perfect. The home is a good layout for families. The beds were comfortable. The home was tidy but not very clean in the bathrooms. The toilets and sinks were clean but we found hair in the shower and on ground near toilet. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, but we had to clean some pans that still had food residue on them. We had an ant problem, kept coming into the kitchen through window. We just tried to manage it ourselves with vinegar and cinnamon for our time there because it’s not an easy fix. The WiFi went out mid stay with a message that the bill was unpaid. Once we voiced this issue to the property representative she was able to fix it (card had expired on auto pay account so likely just a timing thing). Overall the location was the most important for us with young children and it was easy to walk to the beach and ride bikes to dinner or the pool.
