Bright 1 Bedroom Apartment Near City Centre

Comfortable place. It's a short walk from the nearest tram stop and there's plenty of coffee shops and food places close by. The little bistro across the road from the flat is very very good.

Be aware that this is on the second floor so a stair climb is required. Shower (over bath) isn't huge.

Superb location. Clean and well maintained.

Cleanliness and general facilities

A bit cramped

The quiet but central location, the bed, the space, the cleanliness, the wi-fi and tv.

The lockbox for the keys is at ground level: not possible with my aged knees. The heating is inadequate, even though the weather was quite mild....the radiator in the sitting room barely works at all, and the kitchen window is impossible to close. All other windows were impossible to open, so we could not ventilate the bathroom as there is no fan. The fan heater in the bathroom is fixed very high up with a very short pull-cord that I couldn't reach! The flat is clean but the filthy windows make it seem grubby. Extra bedding would have been appreciated as my partner was not warm enough under the summer duvet. The kitchen is not especially well equipped...no teapot or cafetiere, and the mugs are cracked and stained. I didn't like getting messages from a managment company rather than an owner, or having to provide my identification prior to comfirmation of booking. Also, emails from booking.com contradicted emails from the management company about check in and out times.
