The Mountainside Inn is located along the San Miguel River in the heart of Telluride. It is comprised of four separate buildings, all of which are two floors with stair access (no elevators). Rooms may face the river, mountainside, parking lot or a neighboring building.
This room provides you with a two-burner cooktop, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, and the pans and dishes you need to complete any meal. The queen bed and twin bed are all in the same room. The bathroom has a large exterior vanity area and a step-in shower.
Complimentary wifi is included. A well-stocked vending machine and coin-operated laundry are located on the property. There is no A/C at the Mountainside Inn.
The Mountainside Inn is just two blocks from the grocery store, and about a 10-minute walk from historic downtown Telluride. The river trail offers a delightful path through town, and the free in-town shuttle picks up about a 1/2-block from the Inn.
Please be aware that your room number may differ than the one on your reservation confirmation. The Mountainside Inn reserves the right to move reservations to a comparable room without notifying the guest.

Unit 417 at Mountainside Inn was just what we needed for our 4 night stay in Telluride for a wedding. The location is ideal for walking into the main part of town and accessing the gondola. Parking was right in front or easily accessed in the rear. The large hot tub was a lovely way to end our full days of exploring.
Mountainside Inn provides a budget-priced and perfectly adequate choice of accommodations in an otherwise very pricey town! B&J, Kenwood CA

Seems to have been there a while. Bathrooms and windows and ventilation systems dated, but statisfactory. With Telluride being a place you will want to be outside, not a huge deal. But, seems to struggle getting that fresh, totally clean feel.
But... for price, in the town, probably a sold 3 star place to go.
Coin flip over if I would come back.
