If there is no Mountainside Inn parking available, you may need to park overnight in one of the local paid parking garages.*
The Mountainside Inn is located along the San Miguel River in the heart of Telluride. It is comprised of four separate buildings, all of which are two floors with stair access (no elevators). Rooms may face the river, mountainside, parking lot or a neighboring building.
This room provides you with a two-burner cooktop, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, and the pans and dishes you need to complete any meal. The queen bed and twin bed are all in the same room. The bathroom has a large exterior vanity area and a step-in shower.
Complimentary wifi is included. A well-stocked vending machine and coin-operated laundry are located on the property. There is no A/C at the Mountainside Inn.
The Mountainside Inn is just two blocks from the grocery store, and about a 10-minute walk from historic downtown Telluride. The river trail offers a delightful path through town, and the free in-town shuttle picks up about a 1/2-block from the Inn.
Please be aware that your room number may differ than the one on your reservation confirmation. The Mountainside Inn reserves the right to move reservations to a comparable room without notifying the guest.
This room is dog-friendly with prior notification and a $30/night fee. Pet fees will be charged at check-in. Two dog limit.

Great place to stay in Telluride! Close enough to walk to the gondola and all the shops and restaurants in Telluride and the parking fee is probably the most reasonable in town. Enjoyed walking the dogs on the nearby River Trail.

We have stayed at Mountainside and many many times. This room is perfect because there’s an extra bed. Beds are comfortable. Everything is clean and works perfectly. Cute little kitchenette with range and refrigerator and an extra sink. This place is a bargain for TELLURIDE. We often stay here for a couple of days to extend our trip. We love it!

This unit had plenty of space and we were able to walk to shops and restaurants. It was clean, but the decor could use some updating, and the pillows were a bit lumpy. It would have been good to know about the big parking lot (Carhenge) in advance, because we could have parked there when we first arrived in town, too early for check-in. That's where we ended up parking, and it was close to our unit.
