This quaint bungalow sits in the historic "Old Town" district of town very close to great shopping, entertainment, and just 5.5 mile to Lakepoint Sports Center. The back porch is quiet with new gas grill and patio table. Newly graveled parking area with fire-pit for relaxingon cool evenings.

Location and neighborhood are wonderful. Walking distance to downtown Cartersville shops and restaurants. The owner was very quick to respond. Kitchen was well equipped. There were a number of large bugs in the house that we would see daily, but we stayed mid-summer, so this might be typical for the area, time of year and age of the house.

We were in town for a ball tourney at Lakepoint and this was a perfect location! Close to the fields, restaurants, grocery and movie theater. We’d stay again!

This home has everything you could possibly need and the owner response is amazing! The location to downtown Cartersville with restaurants, shops and local activities is just a few blocks. We had a fabulous time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thankyou Beth.
