YEAR ROUND RELAXATION...
Welcome to a well kept 2000 square foot condominium. This unit is on the top floor of our building and has an elevator that takes you to the pool, parking lot and boat dock! The unit's location provides stunning views with little noise and the elevator allows the convenience of little effort when transporting items.
The gated community of Cedar Heights is just three miles south of Camdenton, Missouri off Highway 54. We are located on the West side of the quiet and beautiful Big Niangua Arm (MM 13) of the Lake next to the scenic Ha Ha Tonic park. We are easy to find, no long & winding lake roads to this property.
We have strived to furnish the condo for your enjoyment. The full kitchen has a table & chairs, an open breakfast bar, refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer, clothes dryer, and every item you will need for cooking and eating. The spacious living room has a huge sectional, chair and cable television for your enjoyment. Broadband Internet with Wireless availability as well. The deck overlooking the lake has gorgeous views and plenty of seating for you to relax or to cook with our gas grill.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, dresser, private access to the deck, large walk-in closet, flat screen television, and a private full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed & armoire, large closet and an adjoining bath with a tub/shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed & dresser and closet. The fourth bedroom off the loft has a king bed with a private bath. The loft is overlooking the living room with an additional couch, chair and television & a bonus queen murphy bed. The unit is furnished with linens and towels for all three baths and kitchen. All you need are your toiletries & the towels for your water activities.
The complex has 3 large swimming pools for your pleasure. Boat and Jet-Ski rentals are available nearby. Close by are many beautiful and challenging golf courses. Also nearby are dozens of lakefront restaurants and night clubs accessible by land or water. There are grocery stores and shopping in Camdenton only five minutes away and Osage Beach 15 minutes away. We are on a much calmer part of lake... Away from the big, loud boats, and brutal waves. Perfect for skiing, tubing, and fishing.
A security deposit is required to hold reservations. It will only be kept in the event of damages or late cancellations.

Great condo for 6 adults and had room for more!

Owners should replace all the pillows in the bedrooms, and Condo should be aired out prior to anyone coming to stay, there was a bit of an smell. Balcony view was great, however railing was somewhat loose as well as railing going up the stairs. A few knobs could use tightened. I would leave the lids up on the toiled seats as if the cleaning company doesn't come in right before stay mildew was on one of the seats, its just something that happens with lakefront properties. I would however stay again, not having children with us at least made us all feel like the loose railing wasn't a huge issue. Balcony view was amazing, Condo was really cute. Just tweaking a couple items could make for a 5 star review. (my friends have photos taken for a rip in the sectional downstairs and a whole behind a door, caused from I am certain from someone opening the door to hard, nothing that was a game changer for us. Just timestamped for security purposes for us.

Everything was fantastic once we identified the correct building. This is not the property owners issue, but the number 440 on this building is not visible in the dark.
