Spacious, clean also very quiet and well situated 12 minutes drive from Brasov and 3 minutes from Poiana Brașov. We were pleasantly surprised 👍👍

Location, the layout of the apartment, the amenities, furniture, water pressure, we were impressed by our short stay there and would come back anytime. Loved the peace and quiet.

A few short points: Highly recommend more detailed instructions of how to reach the apartment once parking. It was a bit confusing with the 3 different elevators, and the weird separation of the apartment numbers. (Maybe a quick video walkthrough?) We had ants in a few of the rooms, not sure where they were coming from as we found them when we arrived, so that was a bit unfortunate in terms of finding them everywhere. The mattress and pillows could definitely use an improvement, but it was livable.

We loved the livingroom and the terrace. This two are great for 2 families with kids . Also loved that they have a coffee machine and left capsules for it. The guy that we talked to was very helpfull and nice with all the things that we asked . It has an inside parking space that comes with the apartment.

The bedrooms are very small, i think there was one big bedroom and they put a wall in the middle to make two. It was extremly hot inside with the heat termostat closed. So it must be a problem with the floor heating system The apartment was dirty, under the beds, on the floor , the kitchen cabinets , bathroom.... . The aparment was not cleaned, before us. The rail from the first set of stairs was falling out of the wall. The water dispencer was broken and it takes a lot of the kitchen space for nothing . The smart lock from the front door was broken. The fridge was small and cheap, and full of ice. What i'm trying to say is that the apartment needs more attention and some renovation and repairs. . Not only rent rent and don't care about it.
