The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 3 bedroom has a king-size bed, 1 bedroom has two twins that can also be turned into a king-size bed upon request.

With stunning ocean views and only minutes away from Fisherman's Huts, famous for both kite and windsurfing. 'The front yard' is always great for stand up paddle boarding and snorkeling, and occasionally has good waves for surfing as well.

Highly recommend! The villa is beautiful! Wonderful location and our host, Anneka, was accessible, friendly and provided great recommendations. The villa is spacious (we were 8), and very conveniently located to Palm Beach. Across the street are snorkeling ready beaches and a walking path which we used frequently. The pool was great, and a big hit, proving great afternoon relief from the beach and the strong sun. The home includes 7 beach chairs and towels which was very helpful during the day. We rented a car (recommend if you are not staying at a hotel/resort) to eat out and pick up groceries. The kitchen and home was well stocked, and the covered front porch provided breathtaking views of the sunset. The laundry machines worked out great. The grill was a bit old but works….We loved the place and would definitely come back!

Everything was wonderful. Communications with the owner were excellent. Snorkeling was great right at the unit. Can’t think of a thing that needs to be improved.

this was an amazing experience one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed in. Location is perfect. The views were magnificent and the house was perfect. The only thing I could possibly consider would maybe an upgrade of the grill it didn’t really get hot enough. Otherwise the property was absolutely perfect.

On the positive side, this house is in a beautiful location and has amazing views of the ocean.
On the negative side, the house is not well-maintained and the owners did not accurately communicate the problems in the listing or address them in a prompt way during our stay. Some of these issues may or may not be problematic to different visitors, but they were issues for us including:
- Active Construction on the property and construction materials all over the yard (a problem with young children). There were also some dead animals in the backyard that were rotting and causing a strong smell.
- Laundry did not function for half the stay (we have an infant, so a significant issue for us).
- General issues with the house condition. Some examples include a non-functioning air conditioning unit, plumbing back-up from shower, cockroaches in living spaces, and general condition of furniture inside. The twin beds are about to fall apart in the room that has the cute animal bedspreads.
We let the owners know about the problems as they came up, but they treated us like we were a nuisance. They were not communicative and did not act with any urgency to address issues as they came up - many things were just ignored. My family goes to Aruba often and this is not a place we would visit again.
