Very clean, nice room, close to the sea. There is a shower at the entrance. Also a yard where there is a possibility to use a barbecue. Quiet street.

The service would be improved if the staff would periodically change the towels for the bathroom floor and leave garbage bags. One clean bed sheet was brought to us within 12 days.

Location of the building is very good - at the quiet street, very close to the beach and restaurants. You will find the supermarket not far from here. There is a barbecue area in the garden which is very convenient place to spend some time in the evening with your family. The room has air conditioner, minikitchen - in general as declared in description. There is a mosquitos net on the window in the bathroom. Hosts were very responsive to my requests. And we got a present while we were checking out!

I would prefer a mosquitoes net on the balcony door as well as I like to keep windows or balcony doors open all the time and sleep like that. Also I lacked microwave. It would be great to have it in the room.

Good location of the house in the quiet street with enough available parking places. Friendly and accommodating owner, willing to help with any reasonable request. The facility has a high level of hygiene, which was important from my point of view.

Best choice for a chill vacation

This has been one of the best accommodations of this type I've ever been to (and definitely the best in Greece so far). The room, the terrace/balcony furniture, towels, sheets and kitchenette were all extremely clean and well cared for. The outside spaces (hallway, stairway, yard) are also cleaned regularly. The beach is very close (some 3 minutes walk), and the property is located on a very quiet street with easy access to the main road. The tavernas are also very close. As for the owners, they are great people. They gave us a lot of information concerning the surrounding areas and what we can do, and are also very kind and careful with the guests.

The beach in Paralia Vrasna is clean, nice and quiet, but might be less suitable for families with small children or for people who are not good swimmers, as the water gets deeper quite close to the shore. On the other hand, Stavros beach is only 3km away and is one of the best rated beaches in Thessaloniki area.

Highly recommend for shorter stays

- The room was spotless and it had a well equipped kitchenette. - Quality toiletries in the bathroom - great lightning in the room - The house was at a 5 minute distance from the beach and from a supermarket. - even got a present at my departure

- The room is rather small. It was ok for a single person for 2 nights, but it might be trickier for longer stays. - The toileat seat was broken, but I didn't report it since it was a short stay. - there's lots of light from the street, so you have to sleep with the blinds closed, which is a bummer on hot nights - only two sockets - the internet is so-so: good quality but unstable. I had to work and it proved rather difficult

Wonderful place for a stay

This is the best place in Vrasna, I have been till now. The location is perfect, the room and the bathroom are the best I visited in the area. Elena is an incredible hostage and extremely supportive. She even give us a small "Goodbye" present. I will definitely repeat my stay there.

Exceptional

First of all there were safety protocols and a disinfectant dispenser in the hallway. It was sparkling clean and functional, the beds were comfortable and sturdy, the bathroom had a shower cabin so that the toilet, the floor or the sink would not get wet, there is excellent ventilation through the big window in the bathroom. The kitchen area may be considered somewhat small for some but for the two of us it was more than enough, and it had quite a selection of utensils, pots and cutlery. There was even a toaster and a coffee machine. There was soap, dish washing detergent and sponge. I think we had everything we needed, including towels and extra bed linen. The wifi was excellent as we could even have online meetings. That was I think the best feature.

It’s not something that we didn’t like but something someone without a car or bike would mind. There are a few excellent restaurants and coffee bars nearby, and at least one supermarket we noticed, but it would take a long walk of maybe an hour to get to Asprovalta or Stavros. We had a car so for us it was great to take 5-minute drives to these towns.

Too short for such pleasant holiday

The hosts were amazing. A familiy warm welcome and always prepared to help us. They gave us very detailed information on the area and restaurants and shops and how to reach different locations. When left they gave us presents.

Towels were not changed, no breakfast and no room service to clean the room, but for the low price we payed we can understand the situation.
