Nice place but small beds!

Cleanness, easy access, convenience and surrounding area and shopping options.

Single bed sizes are so small, not recommended for either big and tall customers, more convenient as children bed.

I was total uneasy in the room due to to the bad cleaning condition of room.

Place and location was good

Reception clerk us to wait very long and seems they he forgot us and later realized and apologized. The room carpet was very dirty very big spillage marks.

Budget well stay and enjoyable life

Cleanliness and good corporation management, very helpful staff, breakfast were too good, even i asked them to decorate the room for special occasion so they did it but you had to pay because its not included, the location was very awesome as the sea were behind the hotel you can go by walking or either by car its up to you but the beat one for me was khan open area sea but the it’s nearly 5 -7 min away from hotel by car .

Water pressure in bathroom were not strong enough it was just normal, someday breakfast were not good just ok but it’s worth it like if you didn’t like something you ask to change next day would be different

Good room but worst in services

Everything was fine. even the breakfast service is good

We have been requesting for Electric extension but they say they do not have even though we have been paying more than the room price should be. I am here for work and I cannot even charge my laptop as there are lack of sockets. Plus me and partner cannot discuss things even HDMI cable they cannot provide to connect laptop to TV. Its been a lot issues in this

Clean, Cozy, Great Seaside View.

We had a small issue with the room, and the staff upgraded us to a Seaside View 😀 and when we extended we paid the price of the previous room, water and stuff was always available and they replace it every day and when requested. Everything was provided without keeping asking for extra charges and hidden terms, the staff helped us move our things to the room, and from the room to the 2nd room, then when we left. The hotel is VERY clean, and No weird smells at all which I'm very sensitive to, the tea provided every day was of great quality.

Water Pressure could be better, we also encountered some small flies in the bathroom, but the staff replaced our room quickly without issue, the couches had some stains that were cleaned but left over, I recommend the management to regularly audit the situation & consult stain removal services :) it wasn't that obvious though. Also please have at least 2 sizes of baby cots at your disposal, the provided cribs are too large and too deep for babies less than 1 year old.

My birthday🎂

My one-night stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I booked, the staff (especially the lovely lady at the front desk) went above and beyond. I was completely surprised and delighted to find a birthday cake waiting for me, and to top it off, they even upgraded my room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my birthday truly special. The room itself was wonderful, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail!

I spent four nights at this hotel during a recent business trip. First and foremost, I have to say: the hotel staff is absolutely fantastic! Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly, helpful, and dedicated to making my stay as pleasant as possible. I did face a minor issue with my room. In my view, the management seems to have invested only partially in maintaining the furnishings—some of the furniture, such as the desk, appeared quite worn. However, the reception team was quick to resolve the issue, ensuring I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A special thank you goes to June, Ahlem, and Maya—and I’m sure I’ve forgotten a few other kind and attentive team members. The staff truly is the heart and soul of this hotel. The location is also a big plus: centrally situated, with shops, a pharmacy, and other amenities all within walking distance. Conclusion: A hotel with a lot of heart, thanks to its wonderful team. With a bit more attention to room maintenance, it would be a near-perfect experience.

Novotel Sharjah Espo, Best, clean comfortable and best rates hotel with best meals at best location

This my third time here! what a wonderful hotel I would like to give my best complements to Hotel Attendant Mr. Hassan. He gave us a very warm welcome and supported us with our luggage perfectly and in fact saved us acting as a hotel receptionist. He served us with the best room. I loved the smiling and support from Mr. Osman ( the hotel security staff) He is really kind and he is very good. I cannot forget Br. Salim the receptionist for the care he gave us whenever we called him. We enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet, there was all what one needs. The service from Mary and Maya (Kenyans Sisters), was beyond expectation. Very charming good hearted girls really. Mr. Yousuf (Joseph) Hajj made sure we had all what we needed and in fact he did served us with fresh juices. This Novotel, is at best location easy to reach and connected to other areas very easily. It is very clean and rooms are very specious. excellent views on lagoon side at very reasonable rates. Thanks to the management to maintain the standards.

I am booking a stay for my anniversary and would love to have some small decorations to add a special touch. I have called the hotel several times. Each time, the reception staff transfer my call to reservations, where I asked if I want the complimentary setup or a chargeable one. I requested the cost of the chargeable setup but have been waiting since the afternoon for a response. Even after checking in, I have not received a single call back. I’m disappointed, as I was hoping to surprise my fiancé. Restaurants! Breakfast Food Disaster: The food was cold, and I believe they need to discard it and replace it with fresh items if it falls into the danger zone of low temperatures. The hot chocolate wasn’t hot at all, and while the waitress offered us fresh orange juice, it never arrived after we waited for half an hour. The first day was a disappointment. How about the second day same we came early 8:00 no food at buffet there was a name tag for hashbrowns and broccoli something but no food at the display, no hot chocolate, and many more Don't even expect a thank you or warm welcome from them. Poor Wifi! Bottle of the water smells so bad!

5* Stay from Check In to Check Out at Novotel Expo Sharjah

We had an amazing check-in experience at Novotel. At the Reception, Ms Sumera was exceptionally kind, courteous, and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised when she upgraded my family room to a beautiful suite, making our stay even more special. Their professionalism and warm attitude truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. Breakfast service was amazing, there were not only a wide variety of options available but the quality and taste was outstanding. The staff was extremely quick to clean up tables to manage the peak breakfast influx of guests. At the checkout, Mr Hassan was very kind and helpful. Thank you for the outstanding service, and I am definitely visiting Novotel again!

Room Service to set up the Sofa bed for kids was a bit slow than expected as I had to follow up. But, this could also be due to the peak dinner time causing temporary staff shortage.

The location is good facing to the sea view. Staffs are very welcoming and accommodating specially Ms. Sumera in the reception. It's good to use the pool in the morning because sunrise is behind the buildings. My family enjoyed their stay.

Clean and quiet, and very friendly and professional staff.

The heat didn’t work in the winter but someone came right away to fix it. Location not so great in that you need a taxi to main sites and traffic busy to/from airport.

Bad start, but ended well with an upgrade

Initially we were in the lagoon view double room, however due to changing rooms twice because of some issues, we were upgraded to the suite! Staff were very welcoming and prompt.

In first room carpet was very damp and smelt damp, the second room had the most bizarre issues from the previous guest which weren't cleaned properly. Then we got upgraded to the suite which was such a lovely room however as soon as we opened the bathroom door in both bathrooms, there was a very strong cigarette smell which the cleaners agreed on. Due to AC and no window ventilation, the strong smell lingered for day 1 and we had to leave all the room doors open and ask the cleaner to spray dettol to try and wipe out the smell. Overall the room was very good (apart from the smell). Novotel must really pay attention on ensuring non-smoking rooms aren't being smoked in and cleaning is done thoroughly.

Need to improve breakfast quality and the quantity plus more varieties esp. live breakfast not found like in Novotel Abu Dhabi.

Breakfast items mainly and the sofa bed because it was very uncomfortable 😣 for sleeping.
