About this house rental
Pleasant house in the heart of nature, at the edge of a path lined with bridges, located in a natura 2000 area (Ramsar Convention).
Place conducive to the observation of many birds, and other animals: deer, hares ... and the starry sky (no light pollution). From the house we can make beautiful walks. The village and its shops (bakery, supermarket ...) 1km.
Calm, serenity and contemplation near the beaches: 9 km, St Gilles Croix de Vie 9km, St Jean de Monts 11 km, Challans: 12, Les Sables d'Olonne 30 km, easy access to the islands of Noirmoutier (by the bridge or the gois) and Yeu (boat crossing the port of St Gilles).
You can go to Nantes: 72 km, Roche sur Yon 47 km, Puy du Fou 100 km for day trips. Wide range of possibilities!
The accommodation is on one level (72 m²): it is very bright, windows and French windows open onto nature. it includes a semi-open kitchen, a large living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, toilet, a terrace and part of an outbuilding, a carport.

Maison très fonctionnelle décorée avec beaucoup de goût et située au cœur d’une réserve naturelle. Si vous aimez le calme vous y serez très heureux. Sylvie et Didier sont charmants et nous ont donné beaucoup de conseils pour profiter à plein de la région. Séjour parfait.

I loved this house and will return ! it is very calm, surrounded by green fields. It is the perfect getaway from busy city life but close enough to the seaside to enjoy the beaches and all the wondeful things the area has to offer. Sylvie and Didier are very welcoming and always ready to answer any questions we had. The house was impeccably clean and well furnished and we loved the artwork of Didier that was sprinkled about. I would highly recommend this house. It is close to the busy beaches but at night we could enjoy the silence - such a luxury in today's world !

Nous avons été charmés par cette location et ses propriétaires. Endroit parfait pour se reposer et se ressourcer. La maison est très agréable, on s'y sent très bien.

Petite maison pleine de charme et super agréable à vivre perdue dans la verdure.
Déco vintage avec de beaux objets qui font se sentir comme à la maison.
Il ne manque rien et tout est très propre et en bon état.
Nature sauvage tout autour et les plages a 10 minutes de voiture.
Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et bienveillant.
Ma petite famille a passé un superbe séjour et nous ne pouvons que recommander la location aux Frontières!
