Enjoy your coffee on the deck with the morning sun and stay cool under the covered outdoor space if it gets to hot. Enjoy Kayaking and other water activities in the spectacular waterfront home with 140 ft of waterfront provides a great outdoor environment with Heated Pool, 8 person, amazing extra large hot tub. Watch the boats go by, enjoy wildlife, Pelican, Birds, including the occasional manatee, and fish without leaving your vacation retreat. Just 1.5 miles to great beaches, and local restaurants.
House located at the end of peaceful cul-de-sac with quite, friendly neighbors. The perfect location and environment for a great Family vacation. Just a comfortable environment to relax and enjoy your vacation time.
One thing you will love about this property is on those days that the beach is a bit cool from the offshore breeze (Very Typical Jan-Feb) the temperature will be just right for family kayaking and using the back yard pool and games. During the winter months weather is unpredictable and winds on the beach can pick up.
I use this home as my personal get away throughout the year. It is rented selectively only a few times each year. The benefit for you is you can expect EVERYTHING to be in great shape. High end kitchen with like new cookware, dishes and other stuff. Everything is replaced when slightly worn. If I won't use it neither will you. Many, Many rental home are used as full time rentals 20-30 time a year and furniture, cookware, sheets, towels, and other items are not maintained near the quality I keep my things. If you are a discerning renter you will not be disappointed.
So close to the beach and just minutes from everything....the best of both worlds?
This house is located Minutes to great beaches, minutes to "Lauderdale by the Sea", Minutes to Deerfield beach restaurants, Minutes to Boca, and minutes to downtown Las Olas Blvd, and Fishing, Kayaking and water view from your living room
P.S. Fence along canal typically not up. Used upon request for those with small children...
Service fee is new and only applies because VRBO charges 8% Admin fee.

The property is as advertised, well maintained, decorated all of the amenities needed for a restful, relaxing, sun splashed vacation by the pool and on the intercoastal. We would highly recommend and would certainly go again.

Home was very clean. We loved the pool and hot tub. Owner communicated well.

Die Lage und der Blick von der Terrasse sind sehr schön.
Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Gut ausgestattete Küche . Großes Wohn-Esszimmer. Die Badezimmer sind klein. Das Haus ist schon älter und so gibt es hier und da auch leichte Abnutzungserscheinungen. Leider kein Verwalter /Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Das ist bei Problemen, die wir leider hatten, sehr ärgerlich, da immer mit dem Eigentümer kommuniziert werden musste und man selbst mit den Handwerkern zurecht kommen musste.

We have rented quite a few houses over the years and this slightly under exceeded our high expectations given the price. View was ok but not fantastic. Joe was a great host and did everything to help whenever needed. The neighborhood felt very safe and we had a great time! The pool area was great and over Xmas the jazuzzi was an awesome place to relax when the air temp wasn’t always super high.
