The bunk bed — including the upper bunk — carries inherent risks such as falling or injury. By booking this property, you acknowledge and accept these risks on behalf of yourself and your entire party.

BUNK BED RULES:
Children under 6 years old must not use the upper bunk under any circumstances.
Maximum weight capacity is 200 lbs per bunk. Do not exceed this limit.
Always use the ladder to get on and off the upper bunk. Never jump or climb the frame.
One person per bunk at a time — no exceptions.
No jumping, roughhousing, or rough play on or around the bunk bed.
Children using the upper bunk must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
If you notice any damage, loose hardware, or safety concerns, stop use immediately and notify the host.

By completing your reservation, you (the guest) and all members of your party agree to the following:
You assume full responsibility for any injury, accident, or property damage that may result from use of the bunk bed. You agree to hold harmless, release, and indemnify the host and property owner from any and all claims, losses, or liability — including claims related to negligence — arising from use of the bunk bed by any member of your party, including minors.
You are responsible for ensuring that all guests in your party, including children, follow the safety rules listed above.

Walking into the property , the first thing I noticed is how beautiful it is. The overall cleanliness of the property was also very impressive. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for my birthday staycation. There were books with information on recommendations for food delivery if needed as well as easy access to WiFi. Pet friendly is a bonus because our fur baby had the best time. What a beautiful dock and peaceful way to start your day as the sun rises and sets. We will definitely be back. Thank you Nikki!

Walking into the property , the first thing I noticed is how beautiful it is. The overall cleanliness of the property was also very impressive. This house is really near EVERYTHING! CVS, Publix Grocery story, Gas stations, Walmart Market all within a minute or 2 drive. The outside area was large and offered a quiet private area to hang out by the pool, plenty of shaded areas along with sunny areas. There were pool rafts, toys, yard games, and beach chairs also made available. Pool temperature was truly perfect! Cooling enough in the day but warm enough at night to swim and not be cold. They are also building a large outdoor grill/kitchen area with a TV, sink, grill and mini fridge, though it was not completed for our visit I'm sure it will be a great addition to their outdoor covered area. The beds were very comfy, large Kitchen had everything we needed, big dining room table and comfy couch.
Beach was less than 5 minute drive. Pompano Beach Pier area was so nice, and there are life guard stations along the beach. Our favorite place to eat was Lucky Fish but there are plenty more options, pier is free to enjoy. We also enjoyed the Lauderdale-By-The-Sea area though that pier is shut down and half missing. Butterfly World was only about 15 minutes away and a nice way to spend the morning. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet and lots of Iguana's to chase around. The best part is so much room to explore the canals from the sea wall on both sides of the house and down the street as the canal side has no homes. Would recommend this for a family looking for some privacy but still close to everything!
