Video Surveillance: Most of our properties feature 24 hour exterior video surveillance. This home in particular does, in fact, have exterior security cameras and a Ring doorbell camera, for guest safety & security.
No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in 'Barefootin'.' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in 'Barefootin'.' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
Attention: Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Beautiful house and neighborhood. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Close to beach, restaurants, grocery store, etc.

Everything was more than we expected. The house was perfect. It had all we needed and the location was great. We had a couple of days of bad weather and a couple of double red flag beach days but other than that, everything exceeded our expectations.

The house was nice but the floor was extremely dirty, there were dirty hands prints going up the wall of the stairs, the couch and throw pillows were dirty and were covered in spots. The gas stove may or may not work depending on when you use the stove. The neighborhood was nice but unless you have a golf cart you will have a difficult time finding parking when you venture out. Bikes were nice but only had 4 so if you have a larger party some will not have bikes. We did have an experience with a black bear eating from one of the neighbors trash can! If the house was clean and if there was a golf cart, it would be an ideal place to stay.
