About this apartment rental

The best location! First line beach apartment on the top floor with stunning panoramic views of the sea. Ideal for all guests; Solo travelers, couples, friends and families. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and microwave. Large terrace, air conditioning / heating and unique views of the sea.
Our apartment is perfect for a beachside vacation with a perfect location to venture out to explore different towns and beaches. Alhamar Apartment is a spacious and bright space, designed for your comfort and enjoyment.
It is located on the top floor of the private complex Mansión Alhamar in Sitio de Calahonda, Mijas, Málaga.
Enabled to comfortably accommodate 4 people in a double bed and 2 single beds, with the option of including 2 extra guests in a sofa bed.
The Mansión Alhamar complex offers you:
Pools, tennis courts, cafeteria, gym, beach bar, private access to the beach and free Wi-Fi.
Complex facilities: tennis courts, billiards, gym, library, swimming pools, cafeteria, beach bar and private access to the beach.
There is a bar where you can have a fresh beer or coffee (note that the bar is closed on Tuesdays). The keys to the billiard room, the gym and the library can be obtained at the bar.

• Restaurants, cafes and bars in the neighborhood:
1) There are restaurants and bars 5 minutes walk from the apartment, across the street and to the right.
2) There is a commercial area behind Supersol. 8 minutes on foot.
3) McDonald's is on the left. 10 minutes on foot.

• Supermarkets / grocery stores in the neighborhood:
1) Mercadona supermarket is across the street on the left, it is the cheapest and best quality compared to others. 5 minutes on foot.
2) Supersol is crossing the street on the right. 8 minutes on foot.
3) The Lidl supermarket is further up on the left, beyond McDonalds. 15 minutes on foot.
4) The post office / ATM / pharmacy / hospital are across the street
Málaga is 45 km from Mansion Alhamar. The nearest airport is Malaga, 38 km away
1) La Cala. 6 min by car.
2) Fuengirola. 15 minutes by car, 20 minutes.
3) Marbella and La Cañada. 15 minute drive

If you bring a vehicle, you must let us know to notify you of the security of the complex and give access.
The entrance to the apartment is from 4 in the afternoon with maximum arrival until 9 at night (additional charge of 50 Euros if they arrive later than 9). The departure is at 11 in the morning (departures before 8 in the morning has a surcharge of 50 Euros).

Muy bien, apto. Bonito en ático vista al mar con la brisa marina casi no hace falta el A/C. Al borde de la playa ,pasas del césped a la arena por una puerta y un chiringuito del edificio que se come. Muy bien. El dueño muy atento, todo en recinto cerrado y una playa más grande a 2 minutos a pie por el paseo.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Très propre et tr`s bien situé. Juan et Lidia nous ont fait un très bel accueil. Merci beaucoup. Le seul point qui m'a irrité est le fait quel'appartement dans HomeAway était libre pour les deux semaines mais après la réservation. Il s'est avéré qu'il l'était seulement pour 1 semaine. Cela m'a obligé de faire deux locations a deux endroits différents, deux déplacements, etc.. Mais le séjour était très agréable. On reviendra Ben et Fadila
