La tranquilidad, la ubicación , las vistas y el aparcamiento dentro del recinto.
El apartamento en sí es buena opción, pero necesita unas pequeñas mejoras en pintura y restaurar algunos desperfectos. El bloque es de época y los jardines y zonas comunes genial.

Lo mejor sin duda son las vistas y la tranquilidad del lugar.
Cocina poco funcional, cama muy dura, algunas cosas rotas o estropeadas del apartamento y las ventanas muy sucias en su mayoría que impedían una buena visibilidad del exterior.
