About this lodge
Recent transplant to Marco love the relaxing private setting, local beach, shopping, boating including fishing Kayaking, sailing available. Access at dock for temporary boat. Up to 60 feet. No boat trailer parking is available.
Our custom built vacation home is located in a quiet upscale neighborhood with DIRECT ACCESS to the Gulf of Mexico. FISH off the dock. Walk to the beach or local restaurants (Esplanade), shops, ice cream are only a 1/2 mile walk. Kayak rentals available with easy access to enjoy a morning float. UPSCALE dining and outdoor gathering bar within 1/2 mile accessible also by boat or kayak. ENJOY A DAY AT TIGERTAIL BEACH less than 7 blocks to the recreation area and beautifully protected beach area with wildlife viewing, shelling, boat rentals, etc... Prefer the SOUTH BEACH access less than 2 miles away with direct public beach access.
Spread out and relax in our 5 bedroom, professionally decorated home. Enjoy this spacious gourmet kitchen with bar and two seating areas TOTALLY OPEN TO the outdoor private area. The massive open floor plan with a fire place is perfect for entertaining and relaxing with family and friends. The Master Suite offers a private bath with a large luxurious shower and separate whirlpool tub. Relax on the private patio off the 1st FLOOR master suite that overlooks the canal and boats. Additional Guest/Queen bedroom with private bathroom on the 1st level overlooking the water. Enjoy the 2nd level entertainment area with comfortable seating, TV and outdoor deck area. The second level offers two comfortable queen bedrooms and one bedroom with two twin beds. All bedrooms have a private bathroom.
Plenty of area to gather in the Kitchen, Great room, Living room and Dining area. Kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining with upscale stainless steel appliances and glass cooktop.

Wonderful property, with a great quite location on a convenient canal to shelling beaches and excellent restaurants. Great kitchen and lanai and, most importantly, very comfortable beds. Owner left precise instructions and on the several times that we communicated, was quite helpful with any questions that we had. Most highly recommended.

My husband and I came for a week vacation in Marco with our 4 children and mother-in-law. We primarily chose this property for the hot tub, low-traffic secluded culdesac, proximity of the pool right outside the living area, and ability to dock a rented boat along the canal.
The home was very clean and well-appointed. We had more than enough space for our family with the 5 bedrooms. The master bed & bath were especially spacious. The closets were stocked full of towels, and the kitchen had plenty of cookware/gadgets to make a meal at the home, plus a gas grill on the patio. Washer/dryer looked new and worked great. The boat dock was huge and had chairs & loungers to be able to soak up the sun. There was a pair of kayaks available, and a variety of life jackets in the garage, and the kids were excited for the unexpected adventure of paddling through the canal.
Can't say enough nice things about the host. He was quick to approve our stay, then he emailed and called several days before our stay to give some more details about the property and tips for enjoying our stay in Marco. He was very accommodating and we were able to turn up pool heat for the kiddos, as the weather was just a tad windy and cool for our first couple days. Told us how to use the hot tub, which was perfect for unwinding after a busy day of activities. Any time we had a question, he was quick to respond. All in all, highly recommend this place. A+++
