John is an excellent, responsive host, especially given our travel woes that delayed our trip by a day. This place is absolutely magical! Flawless, careful directions, well appointed, great art in the house, comfortable beds and THE VIEW! Don't pass this one by.

My husband and I just spent the most wonderful weekend looking at Abiquiu lake! This home is not only beautiful, but very private. The kitchen was well stocked and the entire house was really clean. It was the perfect location for us and we cannot wait to be back.

The home was perfect and had everything you would need for your stay. We had adventures everyday but made sure to be home before the breathtaking sunsets. The view was amazing. Highly recommend!
