The owner of the accommodation is friendly.but had no chance to meet and guessed that he was not good at Thai language, used translation. I'm ok.

There is a restaurant within the accommodation. and near 7-11
the stairs to the pool are slippery, afraid to cause accidents

I love the swimming pool and the location of the condo.
The air conditioners need to be cleaned out. Both of the air conditioners have mold on them. Other than that, everything about the room was good.
