Negombo The Nature Villa and Cabanas

Super friendly staff, a little oasis from the busier Negombo Beach area. Lovely pool and good food.

Kind of far from things. Not much around.

The property was tucked away in busy Negombo- you felt like you were away from it all, very tranquil. The rooms were clean and the pool area was lovely to chill out by. It’s a small property so it’s not busy either. The food was very good too! We would be back again if ever in the area.

While one of the female staff members was kind, the overall experience was not handled professionally.

Disappointing, mainly due to the room downgrade and lack of proper handling. We were given a downgraded room that did not match what we had booked. We noticed this immediately and even showed photos from Booking to compare, but were told the correct rooms were fully booked. No compensation was offered, yet we still had to pay the full price, which felt very unfair. Another uncomfortable situation was when we said that my travelpartner and I were leaving at different times. We were asked many personal questions about this, which felt unnecessary and like an invasion of our privacy. The room itself was not comfortable, and the bed was poor quality and looked childish. Overall, not a place we would recommend!
