Great location and neighborhood. Just one metro stop away from Roma Termini. Tastefully decorated. Washing machine was small, but worked well. Good electricity, we never blew the fuse during the week. Decent shower, water pressure, and hot water heater. Never ran out of hot water for two people. Close to grocery and mini markets. Lots of dining and takeaway options super close. Be aware the room is up three flights on a winding stone staircase, no elevator.

Air conditioner works well, but because it is a floor unit with a top blower, the cold air completely misses the bed. Creates a hot microclimate right where you sleep. We used two pizza box lids to fashion a vent directing the cold air away from the ceiling and towards the bed. Worked a treat. Overall, the room is not energy efficient and wants to get hot, so that AC works hard. Kitchen is not really set up for those who like to cook. Could definitely use a cheese grater and in dire need of a microwave for reheating. Not stocked with any coffee, spices, oil, dish soap, etc other than what previous guests may leave, so be prepared. We left our pepper and olive oil for the next people. No dish soap, laundry soap, etc, so be aware that you may need to buy those as well or else you might have to get creative with the body wash. Overall a decent experience. Owners can improve by stocking a few more cleaning and eating supplies to make guests feel more at home without having to do a big shop. Also maybe add a vent to the AC (although if you order pizza your first night you can rig it like we did). And definitely should get a microwave.

Location was excellent, close to food and shopping, and historical attractions. Good bed. Small kitchen and bath, but it all works

It is in a convenient place when it comes to moving around, lots of restaurants around, metro station, and close to touristic locations.

The shower felt like it will break the moment you step in it, the windows did not block absolutely any sound (we checked it a couple of times because we thought we left them open), so all the restaurants and their loud guests can be heard in the appartement as if the windows were fully open. It got even worse in the morning when the cleaning of the street was happening, because whoever was throwing out the glass at 7:30 every day in the morning definitely did not do it gently. This resulted in very poor sleep (despite a pretty comfortable couch). As sleeping is very important when on vacation, we found this literally ruining the trip. Pro tip to anybody visiting: get some good ear plugs.
