ゆったりとした時間が流れていて、静けさの中で眠りが深く、とてもリラックスできました。連絡に対するレスポンスもはやく、家族3人でストレスのない滞在を堪能いたしました。アンバーの光の中で観るオーナー様の作品も素晴らしいです。

Mika was a very welcoming host and communicative. Osamu was very kind and gifted us some postcards of his photography at the end of our stay. The house had a helpful binder full of activity and restaurant recommendations. The house is a great location between Higashikawa town and Asahidake. We enjoyed use of the full kitchen. If looking for a meal in town, we recommend Wakkaya bagel for breakfast and KingBear for soup curry!

The stairs are extremely steep. No bidet in the bathroom and no first aid kit in the home.

Mika and Osamu are great hosts and have a lovely place. The house has been lovingly restored, and displays amazing photos of Mt Asahidake by Osamu and lovely baskets weaved by Mika. There's a lovely spot next to the house where you can have an outdoor meal or bbq. It's midway between Higashikawa town and Mt Asahidake, so you'll be able to drive to places easily.

A car is definitely needed to get to this place. There's a local bus, but it runs infrequently with a limited schedule.
