Проживали с семьей из 4х человек 4 дня. Понравилось все. Чисто. Есть абсолютно все необходимое. Удобное расположение. Продуктовые магазины рядом. Трамвайная остановка в 1 мин ходьбы. Очень внимательный персонал Арбио, каждый день беспокоились все ли у нас хорошо.

Gute Lage, gute Ausstattung
Es war sehr staubig und das Bad und der Fußboden war dreckig. Wir mussten erst 2 Stunden sauber machen und den alle Böden wischen.

the flat is okay. four people with a bit of luggage is fine. if you have more than one bag with each person it gets a little small. the flat is clean and it’s calm. main problem are the extremely bright exit signs in every room which makes it difficult to sleep. even though it was promised we did not get a baby bed during our stay.
