Mango Mojo Villa is an elegant penthouse condo with soaring cathedral ceilings, sweeping open water views and hilltop breezes. Exquisitely renovated in 2016, this spacious, well designed, and thoughtfully appointed condo has an open concept great room with a full gourmet kitchen, 3 private bedrooms and 3 full baths, generous dining table that comfortably seats 8, and in unit laundry facilities. Two private balconies offer a spectacular shady perch for watching breathtaking sunsets, brilliant starry skies, glittering cruise ships at night on their way to southern ports of call, and ferries as they traverse in and out of Turner Bay. Mango Mojo is located on the top floor of Mango Terrace Villas, a quiet boutique property with only 6 units, a shared sparkling saltwater pool with more beautiful views, lush landscaping, and one off street parking spot per unit. The entire complex enjoys a backup generator in the event of an interruption in power service.
The main bedroom boasts a king size four poster bed, en suite full bath and private balcony; a second suite has two queen beds and en suite full bath; and the guest room has one queen bed and private full bath. All are equipped with high quality cool cotton bedding, plush towels, HD flat screen TVs, ceiling fans, and ample closet and dresser storage.
The unit is luxuriously furnished, with the comfort of central A/C and ceiling fans throughout; or open the abundant windows and enjoy the cool prevailing trade winds. The great room has comfortable, flexible seating, a 67" HDTV with DVD player, Chromecast and cable service, numerous games and books. The spacious gourmet kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and is perfect for entertaining. Complimentary WIFI.
Enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening on the breezy great room balcony, with its comfortable lounge furniture and bar seating. A convenient gas grill is provided to grill fresh caught local fish or protein of your choice!

Walk 5 minutes down to Frank Bay, where you can swim and snorkel in the warm Caribbean water. Some of the world’s most beautiful beaches are a short drive or taxi ride away. Or choose to hike the many miles of trails that thread through the lush hills, valleys and beaches of the Virgin Islands National Park, which comprises 70% of the island.
Cruz Bay, the largest town on St. John, is an invigorating, very hilly 10 minute walk from Mango Mojo. We love the walk to and from town, and often are sharing the quiet streets with peacocks, iguanas and goats. We do recommend taking a safari taxi if you prefer not to drive or walk. Enjoy a wide range of shopping, dining and nightlife options, or jump on a charter boat for world class diving, snorkeling, fishing, and touring the neighboring British Virgin Islands.

Fully stocked house. Spacious and beautiful.Walking to town is pretty hard, we used a jeep most days.

Our stay was from 4/6/26 -4/17/26. Upon returning to our condo (Mango Mojo) on the evening of 4/12, all of the parking spaces were gone. In addition the parking spaces in the overflow lot were gone as well. As a result, I proceeded down the steep hill that led to a dead end on a dirt road. Upon backing up, I hit a tree and damaged the rear passenger door. When I made my way back to the condo, all the parking spaces were still unavailable. My son took pictures and license plates of all the vehicles and reported them to the condo manager. I had to wait about 20 minutes before the individuals that were parked illegally came out. They made light of the situation and made excuses, none of which were valid. ( Very stressful and frustrating experience) In addition, two days later, I had a similar issue with a SUV that was assigned to the condo complex that was parked halfway in the street, making it extremely difficult to get out. My wife proceeded to report this incident as well to the condo manager of which did not respond to our satisfaction. In addition, the air conditioner was programmed each night at 82 degrees. That led me to override the air conditioning each night, around 1:30am! Top it off, upon returning my SUV to Enterprise, I had to fill out a police report in reference to the accident. That led to my family almost missing my flight. Vacations supposed to be fun and stress free. The second week of our vacation was neither!! Not happy, Joe
