There are many restaurants nearby, within walking distance or just a short drive. A wide variety of food options is available, including Malay, Arab, and fast-food choices such as Marry Brown. There are also numerous roadside hawker stalls offering a variety of local dishes, making it easy to find food that suits different tastes and preferences.
The water pressure is actually good, but the shower hose is leaking, which affects the water flow and causes the pressure to become weak. The constant leaking is also quite annoying and makes it difficult to enjoy a proper shower.

1. Comfortable because square feet of this house is so big and nice also suitable for a big family
2. Easier to park and strategic property
1. The orange light. Please change the orange light to white color because it is very more comfortable.
2. Toilet smelly . I think it comes from the holes . I suggest you to put air freshner in the toilet
3. Sofa massage . I think u can decide to remove it or please deep clean the massage sofa causes it feel like have a lot of dust there
