The property is close to the train station, easily accessible on foot, even without the tram. It's a quiet, safe neighborhood. The staff is friendly. On what appears to be the top floor, there's an apartment with a kitchenette, refrigerator, TV, and private bathroom. We highly recommend it!

This place is convenient - within easy walking distance from the station, friendly, clean and a great value. A rare combination and a great option for a short stay or if arriving late. Recommended.

Amazing, friendly, clean, well equipped, perfect location near railway station and still on the way to city centre, bus stop just 100 meter away. Station market (which is great) is also close. Sweet cosy street, building and yard. It was so much better than I expected. And helpful friendly staff and guests 😊 всім дякую!
