Right in the heart of South Sarasota, restaurants, groceries, shopping within minutes. Water access for kayaking right across the street from the house. Very private, great for walking and bike riding. One of the best kept secret locations in Sarasota. You will fall in love with the place!

This is our second time staying. The house is spectacular with a huge pool. The house is so well equipped and comfortable. The hosts are fantastic and very communicative. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Looking forward to coming back again!

We flew in from Ohio, so we were thankful for everything the owners provided. All we needed were our swimsuits and clothes. They even had snacks and frozen pizzas in case we needed a quick meal before we hit the grocery store. This was perfect for our family of 6 (kids ages 7-15). Pool toys, games, and WiFi satisfied them all. They provided beach towels, beach toys, boogie boards, coolers, even a cart to haul items to the beach. You can tell the owners take pride in their cottage. It is well-furnished and the kitchen appliances are nice. The pool area is amazing! It is clean and secluded with so many different kinds of plant life and trees surrounding the property. We couldnt believe all the variety of birds we saw during our time there. The screened pool surround kept the bugs out so we were able to enjoy evenings in the pool. There was even a propane Weber grill for use. Although this property is not on the beach, it was a quick drive to the different beaches in the area. We had plenty of questions for the owners, and they were very prompt replying to us before, during, and after the trip. We would recommend this property to anyone!
