Brand new kitchen boasts 40" painted shaker cabinets, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, new recessed lighting, center island, pendant lighting. Dining area with seating for 10. Gathering space with 65" LED smart flat screen TV. Half Bathroom includes granite and updated fixtures. New Maytag washer and dryer. Spectacular outdoor spaces & views from a completely renovated covered porch and back deck. Multiple rocking chairs and loungers plus great outdoor dining space. Main floor master with king size bed, wall-mounted flat screen TV on swivel mount, walk-in closet. This is a home for lasting beach memories. Our family (9 of us) spent a languishing week at Holden Beach living in comfort and convenience here. The entire process was seamless, the accommodations were spectacular, and the entire experience was flawless. Couldn’t believe how well stocked the kitchen was. Beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were updated. The outdoor seating was perfect for morning coffee or afternoon/evening lounging. The hosts were immediately responsive with questions throughout the entire process. We will definitely be back.

Overall we had a tremendous experience and stay at this amazing beach house. The house is very clean and has been recently updated. The beds are firm and comfortable. I recommend this place highly and would book it again in a heartbeat.

It was more like a “beach home.“ It was very nicely appointed and offered tons of amenities not commonly found in your typical rental property. It was obvious that the owners spared little expense when installing high-quality materials in what appears to be a newly renovated interior and new deck. As a result, this is easily the nicest property I’ve rented over 25 years of vacationing on the North Carolina coast. Excellent location and conveniently located close enough to local businesses that “trips to the store“ never took more than 10 minutes. The quality of the beach at this oceanfront property was outstanding. The owner, Betsy, was very courteous and communicative, which was refreshing - I’ve had very good luck on Holden Beach when it comes to that when compared to other locations like Wrightsville Beach and OBX, so I was pleasantly surprised by that experience. All of that said, I will certainly rent this property again, and likely do it around this time of year (October), as I intend to make an autumn vacation an annual tradition for myself, family, and friends.
