Enjoy captivating ocean views, as well as views of the Intracoastal Waterway from this delightful second row home, with a beach access directly across the street. The open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen combination is spacious and comfortable, providing enough space for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen is well-equipped, providing everything you would need for creating gourmet homecooked meals, with bar seating for 4. The dining table is large enough for everyone to gather together for family style meals, or family game night. Your family will love the puzzles and games provided. You will also appreciate the half bath located on the upper level.
You will love the inverted floor plan, with most of the bedrooms on the lower level. Bedroom #1 is located on the lower level, offering a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, pool view, sharing a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2 is located on the lower level, offering a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, street/ocean view with a full private bath (tub only). Bedroom #3 is located on the lower level, offering a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, pool view with a full private bath (tub/shower combo). Bedroom #4 is located on the upper level, offering a King bed, TV, ceiling fan, balcony access and a full private bath (tub/shower combo). You will appreciate the family room located on the lower level. For your convenience, you will find a queen size sofa bed in both the living room and the family room (bed linens not provided for sofa beds).

We enjoyed our stay at the Jolly Roger lV.
The main issue we had was that the bed pillows were kind of smelly. The air filters need to
Be changed and the vents are very dirty.. The refrigerator ice and water dispenser were full of mold and mildew.
Other than that it was good pretty clean and great decks.
The pool was great and beach access great.

The set up is great. Love the inverted floor plan, and that each bedroom has it’s own bathroom. Loved that the beach access is just a few steps from the house. The only suggestion for improvement would be to update the TVs. Especially if traveling with kids, you would want to be able to sign in to streaming apps or to hook up a gaming system.
