The cottage "the shelter of the sailor" is a house completely renovated in 2018. Charm and comfort are at the rendezvous. 2 km from the beaches of Pendruc and Pouldohan, the cottage is located in a dead calm. It consists on the ground floor of a living room of 30m2 with kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with a bed of 160X200, a bathroom with an extra flat shower, a separate toilet. On the floor a room mezzanine with 2 beds of 90X190. Outside, a south-facing terrace with a breakfast area, a large garden of 700 m2 fully fenced in the back with a wooden terrace with sunbeds and outdoor lounge.
A bike path allows cycling to reach the beaches safely.
Its geographical location is ideal, 7 kms from Concarneau and 7 kms from Pont-Aven, allows to visit the region. Shops and services 2 kms, in the center of Trégunc.

This is a little gem of a property, exactly as described. Tastefully modernised to provide all that is needed for a comfortable base from which to explore this part of Brittany. Set in an amazingly quiet location, the only sounds we heard in a week were the singing of the birds, the large garden was Ideal for relaxing in the sun. Wonderful!

Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the coast, this modest, traditional house is carefully renovated and designed with care for functional comfort and with a style. Garden furniture welcoming for relax in the sun. We have spent there a wonderful time.

Wir können das Ferienhaus und die unglaublich netten Vermieter nur empfehlen. Glenn und Virginie haben ein wunderschönes Feriendomizil eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich und die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage; alles ist gut erreichbar und man wohnt sehr ruhig. Wir sind begeistert und haben direkt für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht. Merci Virginie et Glenn

Herzliche Begrüssung der Vermieter. Ferienhaus blitzsauber, hell, sehr gut ausgeschattet und mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Wunderschön gestalteter Garten mit zwei herrlichen Terrassen, Parken auf dem Grundstück, drei top Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung. Ideale Lage zu den Stränden, dem GR 34, Concarneau und Pont Aven je ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt. Ideale Ausgangslage um die Region von Lorient, Carnac aber auch Pont du Raz zu besuchen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit im "l'abri du marin " verbracht und uns wirklich "heimisch" gefühlt. Vielen Dank euch beiden für dieses kleine Paradies.
