Condominium is newly redecorated and beautifully furnished. New king-sized bed in master bedroom, flexible two twins or one king in second bedroom. Large eat-in kitchen and separate dining room. Wet Bar. Three televisions and video and CD players. Condominium is set back from the street and very quiet, ground floor unit. Patio faces green belt and is only 50 feet to swimming pool and spa. New 42" flat screen TV in living room!
There is an 18-hole championship golf course in complex, many other top quality courses nearby, as well as tennis courts and restaurant and health club.
Desert Falls is convenient to I-10 freeway and all cultural/ entertainment venues. Casinos, Mountain top tram ride to 10,000 feet, and many, many fine restaurants all close by. World Class Shopping at Rodeo Drive of the Desert, El Paseo. Street fairs and art festivals.

We were visiting friends at the lakes and this location was perfect. We had the space we needed and would stay here again.

It was perfect location and had everything we needed in there.
Vacuum was plugged so couldn’t vacuum and we couldn’t get microwave to work but other than those 2 minor things we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thanks Karyn!

We had a great time at this property. The only improvement I would suggest is to update things like the blinds (verticals had missing lines and kitchen blind would not go down). Other than that, everything was great! Will definitely stay there again.

We loved this condo as it is the perfect location in Palm Desert. It is stocked with everything we needed, the pool is steps from the patio and the grocery store is across the street. The owner is informational and accessible for any questions you might have before and during your stay.
