No parties or events are allowed. As per the City of Palm Desert Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. During Quiet Hours amplifying devices or music is prohibited outdoors. Outside of Quiet Hours, music or other outdoor noise is acceptable as long as it is not heard past the property line. If you would like to purchase pool and spa heating we will heat the pool before you check in so that it will stay warm even when spa heating is in use. If you'd like the pool heated, please let us know in advance as it takes 10 hours or more to reach the set temperature. A minimum of 3 consecutive days is required for pool heating, OR, for the entire duration of your stay if it's less than 3 days. Early check in at 1PM ($150) and late check out at 2PM ($150) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning. Minimum 25 years of age to book. allowed under any circumstances. No more than six vehicles allowed. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $500.
