Logement propre ,proche de la gare pied et des magasins Picard (en face ) et Lidl (15min à pied ) Prix très abordable et accessible par boîtier à code .
Le logement mériterait une belle rénovation et une mise aux normes de sécurité . Moisissures au plafond de la douche , paroi de douche très fragile , fil électrique pendant dans la cuisine , peu de couverts, peintures à refaire dans les parties communes …

j’ai trouvé des traces noirs dans la douche, c’est pas propre. Le lit est correct mais assez fin et bas. On a pas de table adéquate et de chaise pour manger correctement. On doit manger sur une chaise haute en rotation c’est pas terrible
