The bright and cozy apartment - in which the living room, dining area and kitchen form a harmonious unit - also has a bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The apartment is on the 1st OG and has 2 balconies (south and west).
Due to the central location in a quiet street you have reached in a few minutes on foot the village with bakeries, restaurants and shops or the beach.
The living area is equipped with LED TV, radio / DC micro system (USB, Bluethoth, i-pad / i-phone / i-pod playback) as well as a sofa bed and a dining table with 4 chairs. Wi-Fi is available. The fully equipped
Fitted kitchen has dishwasher, stove / oven, microwave and fridge freezer. The spacious bathroom (with window) has a walk-in shower and modern bathroom furniture. The bedroom has a high-quality box spring bed (180x200 cm, comfort height), an HD TV, a clock radio with i-pod / i-phone dock and a wardrobe with safe.
The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Next is a travel cot and a highchair available. In the laundry room of the house there are washing machine and dryer (each with coin machine) for use.
In front of the house is a parking space and a communal bike shed. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.
