This is the second time we have stayed at this house. The owner does a nice job of listening to complaints. Two years ago, we complained about the ping-pong table and they actually replaced it with a really nice new one. Without saying anything about the deck they redid their deck and it’s beautiful. It’s got a great location. It’s great for families. The oven stopped working while we were there and they brought us a less than adequate toaster oven to replace it, but I’m guessing that will be fixed if they ever decide to start renting the place out again. We did complain about the bikes two trips ago and they did not change their bikes or make them run any better. The bikes aren’t very good.

House had adequate room for our extended family. SHARC passes were a real plus. Bikes got used a lot. Ping pong table was a real hit with the kids. I would highly recommend the property for a large group.

I took out Dishwasher filter, it was so dirty, looked like it was never cleaned, should have rinse aid, dishwasher smells. Hot tub should be cleaned when turning jets on it was very dirty and the water wasn’t full. Agree to comments on VRBO that house is outdated, but it did fit our needs. Would be nice to have foil, olive oil in kitchen. Overall we had a great stay , playing ping pong and apples to apples was a big hit. Thank you

Stayed 5 nights in this rental. Experience was okay. Property exterior is very neglected. Interior is okay, but rugs are very dirty and need deep cleaning or replacement. Ample beds for large group, nice sized living room. Good selection of bikes in garage that were in good working order. Nice hot tub which we enjoyed every day.
