Near River, Private Hot Tub, 8 SHARC, A/C, Bikes!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have stayed at this house. The owner does a nice job of listening to complaints. Two years ago, we complained about the ping-pong table and they actually replaced it with a really nice new one. Without saying anything about the deck they redid their deck and it’s beautiful. It’s got a great location. It’s great for families. The oven stopped working while we were there and they brought us a less than adequate toaster oven to replace it, but I’m guessing that will be fixed if they ever decide to start renting the place out again. We did complain about the bikes two trips ago and they did not change their bikes or make them run any better. The bikes aren’t very good.

I took out Dishwasher filter, it was so dirty, looked like it was never cleaned, should have rinse aid, dishwasher smells. Hot tub should be cleaned when turning jets on it was very dirty and the water wasn’t full. Agree to comments on VRBO that house is outdated, but it did fit our needs. Would be nice to have foil, olive oil in kitchen. Overall we had a great stay , playing ping pong and apples to apples was a big hit. Thank you

When we arrived to this rental, everything was clean, modern and exactly as it was pictured. My guests and I were all impressed, it not only checked all of our amenity boxes but it also was able to sleep everyone. I was able to quickly and easily get in contact with the team, and I would highly recommend this property!

AC was a savior as it was in the 90s every day and smoky outside towards the end of the trip. Be careful if you’re staying upstairs it’s still hot! You’ll need fans. Deck is well stocked but warping badly. Great appliances! One of them sings to you! Ha! Dishes are gigantic and heavy. Odd choice. Good but not great bikes. Ping pong WOULD have been great except the nets are broken. Cool fountain in back but couldn’t turn it on. Great central location. Fenced yard in back great if you have a pet. We didn’t and I’m not sure if you can even bring pets. Fence is warping and it’s hard to open and close the gate. Odd furniture set up in living room. None of it faces the TV and the couch is as hard as a rock. Don’t do any flying leaps into the couch. You’ll break your shoulder. The best chair in the house is a recliner in the master bedroom that is aimed at the bed. Presumably for those people that like to rock in a chair and stare at others while they sleep. The master bed was comfy enough but it lumpy. They need to leave cleaning supplies! Kitchen floor got sticky! The washer dryer needs a light in the closet. It also needs a sliding door instead of folding doors. If those doors are open the teeny hallway becomes impassable. Decor is odd. My wife couldn’t stand looking at the weird fake pear bowl on the table and had to move it. Toilets are low. Like baby’s-first-potty low. I think our toilet was made by Fisher Price. They worked though. Here’s the thing, though. If you go to Sunriver-inside is not the place you’ll hang out. We were biking, running, walking and rafting every day and this is a great house to return to at the end of a hot afternoon. We would stay there again. If you are a stickler for the finer things, this is not the house for you. Brenda at management was awesome and easily reached. Thanks Brenda!

We appreciate living quarters that are comfortable, well-furnished, and convenient to amenities. McKenzie #4 qualified on all aspects. Compared to similar properties, the rent was quite reasonable. We would not hesitate to book it again.

Interior is okay, but rugs are very dirty and need deep cleaning or replacement. Ample beds for large group, nice sized living room. Good selection of bikes in garage that were in good working order. Nice hot tub which we enjoyed every day.
