About this house rental
Enjoy unobstructed panoramic ocean views from our brand new waterfront, two bedroom, two bathroom, beach suite. Step out onto the Esplanade and indulge yourself in long walks on Willows Beach, Oak Bay's only white sand beach and the finest beach in all of Greater Victoria.

Our Esplanade renovation was completed in December 2018 and boasts a 1400 square foot ground-level suite with a full custom kitchen, including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and under cabinet lighting. The master bedroom includes a king size bed with a three-piece ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes two single beds. The main three-piece bathroom includes a full-sized tub. Other amenities include a gas fireplace in the living room, heated tiled floors in the bathrooms, and a separate washer and dryer. We pride ourselves on providing an impeccably clean suite for our guests.
Our Esplanade Beach Suite is located on the waterfront in the exclusive township of Oak Bay, and is just a seven minute drive to downtown Victoria. We are only minutes away from waterfront dining at the Marina Restaurant, the Penny Farthing Pub in Oak Bay Village, the Village Restaurant in Estevan Village, an amazing children's park on Willows Beach, and two world class golf courses.
Cindy and I live on the upper floor of the house, and are available to answer questions and make suggestions to ensure that your needs are met during your stay.
Parking and high speed internet access included. Maximum four occupants. No smoking and no pets.
***Jan-May and Oct-Dec, minimum 2 night stay
***Jun-Aug, minimum 3 night stay
Note: 15% tax applicable for any stay less than 28 consecutive nights.

Colin and Cindy were very welcoming and checked in throughout my stay. Their home is gorgeous and the suite was just perfect for our stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, the space was super clean and the view can’t be beat. Thank you so much for a lovely stay !! I hope to be back again !
