About this house rental
This comfortable cottage home was built in 1910, and was creatively renovated in 2008.
The front entry is set on the wonderful expansive front porch furnished with wicker tables and chairs and couches arranged for outdoor living. Going inside takes us into the living room and dining room both of which boast large old windows with sunlight pouring in.
The gourmet kitchen has slate counter tops , is fully equipped with high end appliances and a pantry.
The downstairs hallway includes the full bathroom tiled with glass and Italian marble. The laundry room has double slate sinks and slate countertops and glass fronted cabinets.
The hallway with bookshelves and desk area , leads into a family room and then onto a large screened in porch with a reading and nap nook.
There are two sets of stairs leading upstairs to four en-suite bedrooms three of which have ocean views. The front Master bedroom has a king sized bed and a sunny , newly tiled bathroom with a view of the Atlantic.
The other front bedroom has 2 twin beds and a new bathroom tiled with marble and includes more views of the water.
The southeast back bedroom has 2 twins and can share the other new bathroom or exclusively use the bathroom across the hall , which has a claw foot tub and two sinks.
The western suite has a queen size bed and a slate bathroom with glass tiles.

There is an outside shower, patio, grill and picnic table and chairs.
The house has full HVAC system with both AC and Heat.
The yards are open and grassy with hedges for privacy.
There is 1 off road private parking spot and room for other cars out front of the hedges.
The minimum rental period is 1 week for off season [May, June & September, October].
July and August there is a two week minimum rental period.
This is a pet free and smoke free property.

Beautiful home! Loved the porch, spent most mornings relaxing and catching up with our friends there. Home has many spaces to cozy up and read, play a game etc. communication with our property manager was outstanding. Reached out the week before our stay to answer questions and was in touch throughout our stay. I’d highly recommend this property on Nantucket.

We had an amazing stay at this house in Siasconset. The little village is quaint and very beautiful. The house was perfect for our two families of four that stayed. It has an amazing front porch with gorgeous flowers, beautiful antiques throughout, but very comfortable and with modern amenities. What a gem! Alison was great to work with as well. We wouldove to come again.
