About this house rental
MH240 Hickory Lane .....Ocean Lakes Family Campground....Very close to South Gate..........Year round rentals-
Nightly, weekly and monthly rentals welcome.
Available for monthly rental January thru March 23rd.
Smoke and carpet free home
Three bedroom stilt house with large covered porch that comfortably sleeps seven. 2 queen beds, twin over full size bed. (bunk bed style)
Spacious home cathedral ceilings with flat screen TV's and ceiling fans in every room and a fully appointed kitchen.
Gas grill and tables downstairs as well.
Outside shower with hot and cold water.
We do NOT provide linens or towels .
Extra large yard for kids to play or additional parking for the adult toys.
You will have access to all Ocean Lakes amenities, pools, water park.
Easy access to the beach .
Short drive to all state parks and major Myrtle Beach attractions.
Stress free vacation for the entire family. Enjoy the Ocean lakes property and a very unique beach vacation!
Home has cable tv, wi-fi, and smart tv and DVD player in livingroom with two comfortable reclining chairs.
We do offer complimentary use of our golf cart . You must be a registered /licensed driver at least 21 years of age. Ocean lakes also enforces very strict rules in regards to the golf cart that you must abide. You can bring your own or rent one from Ocean Lakes.

2 teen to adult size bicycles
Pet welcome...20 lbs and under ...ONLY.... Must be crated when alone...NO puppies....

Departure cleaning fee is $200 during peak season ....7 night stays ... Usually May 31 thru August 16 of 2025..
Off season stays ....3 nights ..$150 , 5-6 nights ...$185. All are included in the Vrbo price....
Ocean Lakes does charge a parking fee to enter the park ... .....Per Ocean Lakes $12 per vehicle per night if you get them express ....if you wait till 10 nights are less before you come in they are $15 per vehicle per night . This is between you and them ... You will cover this before you are able to enter the park ....NOT included in the VRBO price ..

We loved ocean lakes, it suited our family of teens and a toddler perfectly. The house offered everything we needed, golf cart, bikes, beach toys and chairs! Can’t wait to visit again.

Deb is amazing! She is quick to respond and has all the answers. The house is super clean thanks to Deb. Deb makes a killer Key Lime pie. Let me tell ya!!! Perfect for my family of 5. I'd come back in a heartbeat. Great parking area. Brand new deck.

We have stayed here multiple times. Property Manager is always super easy to work with. House is extremely clean, comfortable and in a great location for us!

The deck really needs to be all over repaired. I was walking on the side of the porch and fell through a spot on the deck. They did come and fix it or well patch the hole that I fell through. But I do feel as if they need to fix the whole deck because there are other boards that are lose. Please just be careful. The home owners did come down to fix it but they did not go through with their word on some other items. other than that the house was nice, it was a good location and had a golf cart. May need to bring a few more kitchen things depends on how your family likes to cook.
