About this house rental

Located on a quiet street, off the beaten path, this house is perfect for small families. After fun-filled days in the sun, you can unwind on the spacious front porch or listen to the soothing sounds of the canal fountain from the back porch.

Master bedroom with queen bed and tv
Bedroom 2 with custom bunk beds (double over double, to sleep 4) and tv
2 Full bathrooms (1 shower, 1 tub/shower combo)
Lots of storage cabinets
Comfy family room with flat screen tv & memory foam sleeper sofa
Washer & dryer
Small dogs (20 lb weight limit) will be considered
Outdoor shower

This rental does not include a golf cart. Carts are available for rent onsite through Ocean Lakes Golf Cars. They do not accept reservations.
Bed, bath, and kitchen linens are included in the cleaning fee.
Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.
There is parking for 2 standard vehicles at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).
A welcome packet containing information on obtaining parking passes will be emailed to you upon receipt of payment in full & 30 days prior to your arrival.
Baby items are available for rent during your stay. Baby gear rental registration will be included in your welcome packet.
Pre-arrival grocery delivery is available for an additional fee. Pre-arrival grocery delivery information will be included in your welcome packet.
Access information will be emailed at 3:45 PM on arrival date.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received

We absolutely love this property! It is perfect for a small family. The best part is the back porch that overlooks the pond. We were able to see fish, geese, ducks, and lots of turtles. We also kept the back door open to listen to the water feature in the pond (very relaxing!). If you are looking for fancy, this is not it, but if you want a quaint little home in a quiet section of the park, this is your place!

Place was dirty sinks in bathroom were filthy a d oops weren't swept. No dish where and with covid things needed to be sanitized. Needs updating g for sure Sorry but disappointed 😥
