About this house rental
This townhouse is walking distance across the street from Camden on the Lake and H. Toads (former Horny Toad Complex) and Shady Gators. 2 large restaurants with great food and entertainment. The Toad Cove has a full service restaurant that features lots of night life, bars, dancing and big name entertainment. If you love Cajun and other great foods, Shady Gators Restaurant and Bar and Lazy Gators that also includes a lot of night life, live music and tons of fun is also across the street from our complex. Or just sit outside in front and watch all the activities coming and going from the complexes.
This 3,000 sq ft 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa is on 3 levels. There are 3 master bedrooms upstairs with 2 king size beds and 1 queen size bed. They each have their own private bathroom with tub/showers. The 2 king size bedrooms have a shared balcony off of them that overlooks the lake. On the main level is the living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room with washer and dryer and 1/2 bathroom. There is a balcony off of the living room that is perfect for having your breakfast and coffee and watching the morning activities on the water. The lower level has two bedrooms. One with a queen sized bed and a double futon and 5th bedroom has a king bed. They share a full bathroom. There is a bar in the lower family room with walkout sliding doors. This is great for groups with children to have their own play area. There is a grass area out the lower sliding doors for yard games.
There are 2 swimming pools in the complex so you don't feel overcrowded by the pool. It is close to MANY golf courses including the Four Seasons that are perfect for spring and fall getaways. There is also shopping at an outlet mall 8 miles away, go-cart racing and entertainment for the kids. There is also a walking and biking path close for early morning walks or evening strolls.

Absolutely perfect! We spent 3 nights here. The location was great! Right across the road from Shady Gators, and a short walk to H Toads. The pool is a was very nice with a great view of the lake. Its a ways downhill, but we hauled our stuff down and dropped it off before parking back at the condo. The home was beautiful. Nice deck to sit outside with a great view of the lake. The beds were phenomenal! Best part...all communications between myself and the owner was first class! Very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back!

The house was perfect for a girls’ weekend getaway. It was clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and dishes needed to cook. Good view from the balcony, too.
Denise was helpful with recommendations, and she was quick to get back to me regarding any questions.
