**WELCOME TO LAKE ESCAPE**
Full basement renovations just completed!
Peaceful! Relaxing! Fun! Fishing! Swimming! Boating! Friends and family time! These are some of the many fun and exciting activities you can do.
Located at mile marker 5 in the NO WAKE Tin Man Cove in the Four Seasons area. Minutes away from golf courses, restaurants and shops. Large 5 bedroom/3 bath, vaulted ceilings and loft which is great for kids. Comfortable furniture, beds, memory foam mattresses, kitchen appliances (stainless steel dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator and beverage mini-fridge located in basement) dishes, towels, bed linens are all high quality and new. 3 flat screens with YouTube TV plus air hockey table! Our dining area seats 8 plus there are 3 bar stools. Also included is a 26 ft covered boat slip. Not only are the views incredible, but the swimming and dock side lounging is great as well. We provide a lily pad, paddle boat and paddle board for you to enjoy. Huge new deck is perfect for a gathering, dining and a great place for your morning cup of coffee. Also available is a Flat Iron Premier Gas Griddle for your outdoor cooking needs.
Boat and Jet Ski Rentals nearby. A public access boat ramp is located within 6 miles.
Our home features central air conditioning & heating, on-site washer and dryer with detergent provided plus free-WiFi. For liability and safety purposes we do have a security system with smoke and carbon monoxide being monitored as well as 3 exterior cameras.
Bedding: Our home has one (1) king bed, three (3) queen beds, two (2) twin beds (on a bunk bed system) and two (2) single beds plus a pull-out futon in the loft area. A pack 'n play is also available.
House Rules:
The amount of people that are booked for the reservation is the amount that can stay. If this rule is broken, you will be charged an additional $10/person per night and/or asked to leave. The booking guest must be present and cannot book for someone else.
Lilypad must stay at the dock and cannot be taken out for boating.
No jumping off dock into boat slip as there is a boat lift submerged.
Please do not take the white bathroom towels outside. There are pool towels in the basement for your use.
No glass on dock.
Anyone under the age of 12 must wear life jackets at the dock.
If you are bringing your own boat, please remember our cove is a no wake zone. Please give notice if you plan to bring a boat. Depending on size of boat you will be able to park on lift.
Do not use the fireplace.
Tap water is well water. Recommend stocking up on bottled water from the local store.
The house is on a septic tank. To prevent any disruption to your stay please do not flush anything but toilet paper down the toilet.
No smoking. You will lose your damage deposit.
No pets inside house or on the property. If rule is broken the full deposit will be taken and you may be asked to leave with no refund.
No parties. To be respectful to our neighbors, quiet hours start at 11 PM. This is a family friendly cove.

Host was very thorough in her instructions for getting into the home and when leaving. We had one concern when first entering the home which the host addressed immediately. The lakefront location and the house suited our family needs very well. Appreciated their water amenities, too. Our family had a fun time this weekend, it just wasn't long enough! I would recommend this house to others.

The location was good. The area was quiet and calm. Lots of beds and space for our group. I only have 2 minor complaints. The kitchen was dirty but the rest of the house was fine. Also, the ladder on the dock was not easy to use. It was hard for my mother in law to get in and out of the lake and the wires around the ladder are a major trip hazard. My daughter tripped but luckily only had minor injuries. There are also a couple of nails that need to be hammered back in. Be aware. Overall, a good stay we just won’t be back because of the ladder situation.

Recently, a group of friends and I stayed at this beautiful property! This house is newly furnished and follows a modern lake house style. The amenities such as beach towels, kitchenware, plush bath towels, extra outdoor seating, and supply of cleaning products made the stay even easier! Additionally, the bedroom accommodations perfectly fit our entire group.The location of the house itself was very close to town, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. The cove the house is located in is quiet and perfect for swimming and hanging out by the dock. Anna was also very responsive in her communication and answered all of our questions promptly. Overall, we had a lovely stay and hope to return to this property very soon!
