About this villa rental

Stunning views of the ocean. Close to everything. Monthly rental in the winter at up to 70% discount, max 2 people, min 28 days, utilities and regular cleanings+laundry are extra. Gated oversized property, super private location, large garden, private pool, BBQ area. The beach is 5 min away. World class spa at Villalara Thalassa resort 5 min away, Benagil cave, Salgados ( natural reserve) walkway, Aqualand are just a few of many places close by. Baby crib is available for a 30 euros per stay fee.
Situated on the hill in quiet area. 10 min walk to supermarket and the town of Armacao De Pera. Long hikes on the beach, restaurants, night life and more.

Lovely large villa with everything we needed. We used the pool everyday. Really close to town, the beach and easy to access waterparks and other attractions. Highly recommend.

We spent 6 weeks in this beautiful house and garden. The house is well located: very quite (no disturbing noises of traffic or neighbours), close to the ocean, the supermarkets, restaurants and a perfect starting point to explore east and west Algarve and Alentejo. The kitchen is well equipped, very good beds, large TV, excellent internet and large terrace. Large swimming pool (which we didn't use in February).The only disadvantage of the house for a stay in the winterperiod is the poor heating of kitchen and living room which was not sufficient. Bedrooms have however 2-direction airco. The communication with owner and agency was rapid and efficient.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Marina’s villa. It is finished to a very high standard, is well equipped and is extremely spacious with extensive grounds. Marina gave us plenty of helpful tips and advice on the surrounding area before our holiday. The boat trip she recommended around the caves was spectacular. On arrival we were met by Mark, the property manager. He showed us around the villa and was always contactable if we needed any assistance or advice. The villa is in a great location and only a short drive to so many lovely beaches and towns. Marina’s villa was ideal for our family and we spent many happy afternoons in the pool. Thank you Marina and Mark for a wonderful stay.
