About this house rental
Mickey's Splash Pad is a newly remodeled 3bd townhome that offers a luxury space for the whole family to relax and recharge! We are located in the wonderful Windsor Hills resort with tons of amenities. The townhome is down the street from the main clubhouse and amenities.
5-Star Guard-Gated Resort only minutes from Disney!!! The community pool area includes dueling water slides and a children's splash zone!
All guests can enjoy the many resort amenities free of charge, Olympic size lagoon style pool and hot tub, toddler pool, fitness center with top-of-the-line fitness equipment, recreational park with tennis, putting green, volleyball, children’s playground, a picnic area, game room, movie theater, ATM and marketplace & grill. You will have full access to all of the amenities in The Windsor Hills Community.
Self-check-in upon arrival. Access code will be provided one week prior to check-in.
Our Disney-themed home has all the amenities of a home and more. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome is located on a quiet street and accommodates up to 8 guests (not including infants).
We are pleased to offer you our tastefully decorated Disney home with a balance of style, comfort and relaxation in mind. Enjoy the north-facing yard with a screened-in lanai and splash pool to enjoy the daily sun and sunsets. The entire home was renovated in October 2023 and features new appliances, large screen tv's, beds/bedding, furniture & more. Out front, you will find your private driveway, with additional parking located across the street. Reserved RV parking is also available.
The first level hosts a kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, a Keurig and a well-stocked kitchen to prepare snacks and meals. The dining area contains a table with seating for six as well as four seats on the island. Also located on this level is a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, 40" Smart 4K TV and en-suite. The bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and the living area. The spacious living area features a 75" 4K smart TV with cable. Out the sliding door, you will find your very own private splash pool and its is very private. You will also chairs and tables on the lanai to enjoy the daily Florida sun.
The second level hosts a Master Suite with a king bed, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, 60" Smart 4K TV and a large en-suite bathroom with double sinks. Also located on the Second Floor is a Buzz Light Year-themed room for the kids to enjoy. This room features one twin bed, a full / twin bunkbed, a 40" Smart 4K TV and an en-suite bathroom. The laundry area down the hall has a new full-sized washer & dryer. The linen closet has additional towels, beach towels, an ironing board and an iron.
We have a pack n play, gate, and highchair, so you can pack lite!.
Our home is 1.7 miles from Disney, and you can be home from Disney and in your private splash pool in the time it would take you to get from the park to your on-site hotel. Please check our reviews!
We have high speed internet for those needing to work or do school.
It sleeps 8 people comfortably, (4 adults and 4 kids or 6 adults) we have 3 bedrooms each with a private bathroom, one King size room, one Queen size, and the third bedroom with a twin bed and a Bunk bed (Toy Story themed room for the children to enjoy!). The house also has a pack and play (great substitute for a crib/ Cot. Each room has its own tv with cable.
All rooms have been updated. The main living area boasts a BRAND NEW 65 in wall mounted flat screen smart tv. Brand new COUCHES, DINING TABLE and 3 barstools. The kitchen is fully equipped, with Brand new Appliances! Dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, blender, and waste disposal. All towels and linens and towels are supplied for your stay in all our homes, with kitchen utensils and crockery provided too.

We had a fantastic time at Mickeys Splash pad. David was extremely fast at responding to any inquiries.
The home was very clean when we arrived on site and smelled fresh. There was plenty of space in the home where you didn’t feel crowded. The kitchen was fully equipped for everything you would need. The main resort pool is a short 5 minute walk away. Our 3 year old had no problem walking the distance.
Overall, we highly recommend and will return.

The house was perfect. 4 generations of a family stayed there with comfort. My grandson, almost 3, was so delighted with his room, very family friendly orientated.
The community pool with a splash pad for young children was a short walk.

We had a great stay here! The space is nicely updated and well maintained. We had trouble with the sliding door leading to the pool, but were told that that’s being fixed in September, and one other small issue which was quickly taken care of by the owner and property manager. Check in was easy and the location is no more than 15-20 minutes to Disney World. Getting off of the highway by Walmart is rough at the end of the day, so make sure you bring your patience and give yourself some extra time. The rest of the resort looked amazing, but to be honest, we were so busy and exhausted we only used the big pool once!
Just a side note - make sure that you bring 13 gallon kitchen garbage bags with you - the garbage is supposed to be changed every day so you’ll probably need more than what’s provided.
