About this apartment rental
This 1970's unit is fully self contained and offers a great place to park up and enjoy the surrounding area.
Situated just off the main road at Carters Beach minutes away from the beach, playground and local bar and restaurant and a short drive to the golf course and airport. A beach cricket bat, two boogie boards and tennis rackets also for guest use. There is free internet available.
Just 5 minutes drive to the north is Westport township and beyond the gateway to northern Buller and Karamea. 10 minutes to the south is the beautiful Tauranga Bay, a great surfing beach, the seal colony and the lighthouse walkway. The new Kawatiri trail from Carters Beach to Westport is a great way to get to town, either by bike or walking the 4km easy off road trail that goes through beautiful native bush and along side the Buller river.
A fantastic area to explore.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to meet our hosts after we arrived and we found them helpful and responsive. The bach was well-equipped and the kitchen worked well for cooking evening meals as well as for breakfast. The beds were very comfortable and it was good to have electric blankets. The only downside was that the bach is quite cold in the cool autumn weather, although there are several electric heaters which helped a lot. The location is good for biking and walking and only a short distance from Westport by car or bike.
